Safety protection device:
(1)Emergency Stop:The lifting and lowering process can be stopped immediately
by pressing the emergency button.

(2)Safety device:
Safety Interlock:Lock the platform when it is out of control

(3)Safety Sensor:The operation must be stopped immediately the safety edge meets obstacles during operation.

(4)Emergency lowering:The platform can be lowered by opening hydraulic valve manually or rolling screw rod.

Maintenance Schedule

A. Daily or refueling: Check the parts are good or bad Check hydraulic oil level and colour
B. Every 250hours or 3months: Change lubricating oil Check cylinders
C. Every 500hours or 6 months: Check tubes, pipes and value
D. Every 1000 hours or 1 year: Change hydraulic oil Grease rotation bearing and wear pads
E. Every 2000 hours or 2 years:Check hydraulic tank, lid and vent
F. Note: Maintain the chassis according to the Chassis’ Service manual
