Mould	1. Mould existing . 2. If we haven't existing mould, it will take 15~18 days to open a new mould. and It will be refundable when the order quantity is up to 100K pcs. 3.The mould fee will be 100% paid at first, It will be refundable when the order quantity reaches 100K .
Delivery	25-30days after confirmed the sample

Certificate	SGS test for food grade standard, FDA,CE.ISO9001-2001, BV factory audit.
Warranty	1. We will make exact sample before mass production for customer's approval. 2. For the ineffective products, we will repair or replace new items to customers.
