Feature & Function
The on-line coated reflective float glass is produced by using CVD technology (chemical vapor deposition) that creates a perfect uniform layer of metal oxide chemically bonded to the surface of the glass. As this hard chemical layer is fully bonded to the glass, the glass can be cut, bent, tempered, heat strengthened and laminated without affecting the coating.

Description | Qingdao kingdom Reflective Float Glass is a high performance reflective and solar control glass. It is made by applying transparent metal oxidation film on Clear or Tinted Float Glass. The whole process is completed in the bath of the flat glass production process by C.V.D technology. The coating bonds tightly and can withstand different heat treatments like Bengding, Tempering and Heat Strengthening. |
