COMMERCIAL SAND FILTER 

Commercial Sand Filters satisfy the requirements of the most demanding installations including pools installed with in poor cleaning systems, spas, fountains, public swimming pools, aquariums and industrial water treatment.

• Non-corrosive fiberglass and resin
• UV resistance, suitable for operation under prolong sunlight
• Max operating pressure 36 psi (2.5bar) / 56 psi (4.0bar)
• Max temperature of 43C (109F)
• Maximum filtration velocity: 50m3/h
• Suggested size of media : 0.5-0.8mm sand and 1-2mm gravel

INSTALLATION

Installation had been made simple, the only tools 

needed is a screwdriver and pipe sealant for plastic.

Locate the Filter on hard, level surface, preferably in a 

dry, shaded, and well-ventilated area. 

1/ Place the empty tank in position.

2/ Fill the tank with 

water to the level that covers the laterals 

about 1/3 of the tank is recommended. This will avoid 

damages to the laterals by the force of the 

sand when pouring into the filter.
