Usage

This equipment is use the grinding pump and compressed air as the drive power ,with the grinding as media ,ejection of the work-piece machining device . It has the following functions .

1,Clean up the heat treatment, welding parts, castings, forgings, oxide scale, residual salt and slag, cleaning quality can be achieved Sa3.0 level.

2,Cleaning machine parts micro burrs, surface residues and so on.

3,Reducing roughness Ra value.

4,It can be used as surface-coating, pre-treatment prior to the plating process, the active surface obtained, improving coating, coating adhesion.

5,It can be used for other processing methods difficult to complete high accuracy, small roughness Ra value, light decoration processing complex shape parts.
