1.1 Equipment Usage
1.1.1 Dehumidifying working principle
The humid air will first go through air filters for filtering then it will be via evaporator of cooling system. The wet air will fully touch with the surface of evaporator. Because the surface temperature of evaporator is lower than dew point temperature of humid air, the vapor will get cooled and condense to water drops. The water drop will be collected in stainless steel panel and discharged. Thus the temperature and humidity become lower. Then the air will be reheated. Thus we can get air with required temperature and humidity.
1.1.2 Auto control principle
To the character of this equipment, we adopt advanced PLC program control system to auto control temperature and humidity optimized automatically. It adopts PLC + Touch Screen control which can show operation, shut down, failures etc. The electrical control cabinet has functions of dust-proof, water-proof; The system has self-diagnosis and interlocked functions. It alarms and stops the equipment automatically when there are failures.
1.2 Introduce of equipment
1.2.1 Equipment characters
Compact structure, good outlook.
Low operation cost and energy saving. In refrigerating system, it has adjusting device (compressor 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%). This makes that it does not need preheating and the equipment can work well. It will save about 20% energy.
The regeneration heating will be controlled by the humidity of outlet air from evaporator. When the humidity meets the requirements, the regeneration heating power will be not increased. Also the regeneration heating power is by step control and it can control the humidity accurately. Compared with normal design, it will save about 15% energy.

1.2.2 Composition of equipment
The equipment is comprised of refrigerating system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, throttle parts), reheating system, ventilation system ( high pressure centrifugal air blower, filtering net) and intelligent electrical control system.
It has maintenance ladder, steel structure main frame, main air ventilation ducting, ducting adopts sealant, insulating structure. Under evaporator, there is a stainless steel panel for collecting water and water drain pipe; For condenser fan, there is a protective net. Forklift channel and lifting eye.
Main composition of equipment as follows:
Filtering: it adopts non-woven fabric G4 filtering net which is of good filtering effectiveness, small wind resistance, easy dust clean.
Refrigerating machine: it adopts air cooling refrigerating machine, compressor from Germany BITZER screw compressor, 4 step energy adjusting, protection of phase fault, phase sequence, oil level and so on.
Re-heater adopts stainless steel fin electrical resistance, controlled by PLC and multilevel control.
Electrical control system: it adopts advanced PLC + Touch screen + Sensor. The client only needs to input the air outlet humidity, the equipment will run according to settled requirements automatically. At the same time, the touch screen can show working situation, faults and temperature & humidity of air outlet.
The electrical elements adopts Siemens/Schneider brand, sensor adopts imported elements, reliable. The design is easy for operation and maintenance.
