2. How can we install the inflatable products?

It is very easy to install. Prepare your ground, Open the package of inflatables and blower. Plug in the blower and inflate it.

3. What included in our inflatable?

It is included inflatable bouncer, air blower, repairing kits(glue water and some material) etc. 

4. Your blowers and pumps meet CE/UL requirements?

Our blowers and pumps have passed the certificate of CE,UL.

5. what is the daily consumption?

This cost can be negligible as the blower consumes only a few units of electricity each day.

6. Can we change the size and color based on the original?

Yes,the size and color can be changed according to your requirement. Our design department can design new for you as your requirements. Please contact us to get more information about the changed inflatables.

7. Can you print my picture or logo on the inflatable products?

Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop ,Coredraw or AI.

8. Can you design one specially?

Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.

9. What kind of guarantee you give?

Our inflatable games can be used more than 5 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.

10. What is your order procedure?

First, Choose your favorite items and confirm the order, then we will send you the order confirmation. You need to sign on it and send back to us by email or fax. Second, you can go to your bank and do the wire transfer for your order. After you have transferred the money,

please send us the bank bill for our confirmation. When we receive your money, we will begin to make products for you.

Once we finish your order, we will take some digital pictures and send them to you to check the items. If you are satisfied with it, we will arrange the delivery for you.

11. Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?

Yes, you can.

1. Kindly connect the item with blower when playing.
2. Please ensure the player do not take any keen-edged things when playing in the water parks.
3. Before use the inflatables, it is better to have a cushion pad under the product in order to avoid damage to the product.
4. Put the products at cool place when not used, do not put it together with keen-edged things.
