１．Connect well the power. Quickly start and quickly stop the motor to test its rotation direction. If the rotation direction iswrong, please correct it timely.

２．Spin the button to the left, can achieve that oil inlet pump(liquid surface) stops inletting oil at infrared ray high position; on the contrary, the oil inlet pump will start oil inletting when the oil level is at lower position. In the same way, the outlet oil pump will start outletting oil at highpositionand stop outlet at lower position (protect oil pump).

３． If rotate installspansto thelefttocarryout manual operationof oil inletand outlet, you must notice that the oil outlet pumpcan’t work under the condition of nooil in the oiltank.

４．If the discoloringefficiency can’t matchthe requirement after working for sometime, it need you change the discoloring sand. The relevant valves should be closed while changing the sand. If you need to change the sand in the tank C and D, please close the valve 12 and 16, and open the valve 15 so that the high pressure gases can go into the tank through the charging connector to push the oil out of sand to reduce oil content in sand.

５．After Changing the discoloring sand, please open the dismountable bottom to see whether there isresidual sand inthe bottom. If there is, pleasepromptly clean it up.

６．If theoilintake speedisslow orthepressureistoohigh, you shouldpromptly cleanup the preceding stage filter or change it. After changing the filter, you should also clean up the filtrationtank inthe preceding stage filter.

７．The pressure filter is designed with 2 oil outlets. The one without flow meter is the bypass. In the process of maintenance of pressure filter, you can close the valve 9 and 10 and the equipment cangoon working.

８．If the oil is difficult to go into the oil tank or inlet speed is slow(high pressure), the reason may be that the sand in the dismountable bottom leaks down to plug up (value 3,4 or 13,14). It should be cleaned up timely. If the sand leak is from the stainless steel filtration plate and filtration tank edge, you can promptly use the glass cement to stop the leak.

９. Please confirm the power off while changing the discoloring sand. Firstly open the discharge port and take out the sand. Then close the discharge port and open the feed portto fill with sand.

１０.Youmust openthe value 7to observethe liquidlevel intank. When oil-intake and oil outlet are confirmed to be steady, you can rest assured to use it. Please observe whether the outlet oil pumpcan automatically stop when oil level is at lower position and whether it canstat upautomaticallywhen oillevel is at higherposition.And observewhetherthe inlet oil pump will stop when the liquid reaches higher position and whether it will start up if the liquidis at lowerposition.

１１. If the filter paper of filter press is broken, please change it timely; when it becomes dirty,you need totimely take out tobechanged. Or it willinfluence the oil accuracy.

１２.Poweroff: pleaserememberthe correctorder-At first,closethe inlet oilpump.Then, closethe outlet oil pump.At last, power off. Notice：Pleasedischargethe water inaircompressorbeforeuse toensure that there’s no water mixed inthe highpressuregases.
