Q: How soon can i have a sample?
A: All sample are to be send out once sample fees is pay and received, thats is stock of the sample required. Normally this process take around 3 to 5 days, if the sample is a brand new design, then it should be around 7 to 15 days.
F: Samples are not for free, every sample/s are the hard work of workers putting in all their heart to produce. Please be reasonable when asking for sample/s.

Q: No ideal of what design is good for?
A: No worries, just contact us and we can help you with this, we can offer professional experience advise.
F: Sometime its hard to decided when there are so many similar products out there, talk to us we may have a better prospective ideal.

Q: Delivery Time?
A: There is no answer to this, because all depend on the volume of the order, peak sesson, how fast the product is confirm and etc..., normally it is 25 to 30 days for all MOQ.
F: We promise that all order is on a first come first basis, there is no point delaying anything/s as all these cost money.

Q: QC?
A: We are confident in our products, we QC and pack them well, so usually you will receive the products in good condition. But to avoid any unexpected trouble about quality problem, we suggest that you check the products once you receive them, and let us know if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it immediately. There are a plus amount of products shipped out depend on the order. This should help on immediate replacement.
