Electrical system:

24V DC power from chassis’s alternator. There are control panels at ground level, in the cabin and in the lounge body. All exposed switches are weather proof.

Lounge:

Constructed of aluminum wall and with insulated material in between. The lounge is equipped with lighting, anti-skid floor, and securing devices for wheel chairs and stretches. The interior can be fitted per customer’s requirement.

Front platform:

Hydraulically operated with a capacity of 400kg. Extension range is 450 mm.(back and forth)

Rear platform:

Hydraulically operated and lifting capacity is 300 kg.

Chassis:

Isuzu commercial chassis.

Hydraulic system:

Consisted of PTO driven pump, hydraulic oil tank, gear pump, manual pump, electric pump, 2 hydraulic lifting cylinders and 4 hydraulic stabilizers.

Operatianal system:

Main operating switches: stabilizer up& down, Front platform up& down and longitudinal movement, rear platform up& down, emergency stop, emergency retraction( lounge body and stabilizers)

Safety protection:

-Buzzer alarm when elevating lounge body

-Interlock between vehicle drive and PTO engagement

-Override switch to exceed inter locks in case of malfunction

-Emergency switch to shut off engine in case of malfunction

-Lounge body can’t be elevated if the stabilizers are not in the fully down position

-Anti-collision proximity switches and rubber bumper on the front platform to protect the aircraft

-Emergency electric pump and hand pump to lower the lounge body and retract the stabilizers in case of emergency.
