Yes. We need to consider about ordering the material for you customized designs, cost on dyeing and sizing. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples.

2.How much is the sample fee and who will pay for it?

It depends on the quantity and material you need. Generally speaking, the sample fee is among 1-100 USD. If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect, if not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.

3.How can I get the free samples?

When your value of trade reaches 15,000 USD, you will be our VIP customer. And all your samples will be fee, meantime the samples time will be much shorter than normal.

4.What if we are not satisfied with the samples?

We can improve the samples for you time after time until meeting you requirements, of course you will pay for the sample fee and freight.

5.How can we get the discount?

The discount is based on your order quantity. Small order will have higher price. Your rolling order can help you get a bigger discount.

6. Questions on the quality.

7.Questions on the delivery time
