Fast freezing walk in freezer  for ice block

The walk in freezer  is made up of pieces of polyurethane sandwich panels, density 43kg/m3,use imported BASF material to foam the pu panels by high pressure.All the panels are with fire retardant,and the cold room polyurethane panels are appropriate for GB8624-1997<Classification of the firing capability of construction-material> and reach the requirements of level B1 hard firing material.

---Polyurethane Panel steel finish: Painted galvanized steel, Stainless steel, Embossed aluminum, PVC salinization steel

Advantages of the polyurethane panel:

1.Polyurethane panels are 100% polyurethane insulation, foamed by high pressure by using BASF foaming material,green to the environment.

2.PU panels are foamed by high pressure, our pressure plate can bear the pressure up to 200 ton, even foaming, the whole panel average density above 40kg/m3 which enable the panel with better thermal conductivity of  0.021W/(m.k)

3.All the panels are with fire retardant, self-extinguish; it refers to the safety problem.

4. The steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15years, the protect film of the painted galvanized steel is 0.07mm thick, well protect the steel sheet.

*Hinge door: auto-closing , standard size 836mm W*1860mm H, OEM size acceptable.

*Convex door: standard size 800mm W*1900mm H,OEM size acceptable.

*Double handles hinge door/ convex door: minimum door width 1000mm W, OEM size acceptable.

*Sliding door: manual and electrical optional, minimum size: 900mm W*1800mm H, OEM size acceptable.

All doors are with rubber, heater, safety knob for emergency opening.

Walk in freezer--Condensing unit Specification:

According to cold room size, cold room temperature,ambient temperature etc., we choose different brands of compressor and condensing untis for different cold room designs.The brands we usually use are: Copeland, Bitzer, Sanyo,Tecumseh etc.,. For small and medium size of cold storage room, Zanotti monoblock compressor unit is very popular with good quality and simple installation.

Considering the space inside the restaurant kitchen is limit, we suggest to choose the Monoblock compressor which is space saving and easy to operate!

There wall mounted and ceiling mounted Monoblock compressor unit optional!

We usually use the Zanotti monoblock unit, Zanotti is Italy brand, they have been in the refrigeration line more 50years, reliable in quality and service!
