Construction:

A typical hydraulic hose consists of an inner tube, one or several reinforcement layers, and a outer couver.

Each componentt is vital for performace and reliability of the hose.

The inner tube must be compatible with the fluid it carries. Typical tube materials are thermopastic compounds, synthetic rubber, and Teflon.

The reinforcement layer(or layers) is wrapped around the tube so that the hose can withstand the operating pressure. Typical reinforcemtn material are wire, cotton, and synthetic fibers.

The outer cover protects the hose from the environment and external mechanical impact.

NOTE:

2.Select the types and specification of rubber tube correctly in accordance with using conditions ,  don't 

misuse or substitute it with other things.

3.Adjust the pressure steadily and slowly when using the rubber tube to avoid sudden damage to  the rubber

 tube. because of the sudden change of pressure

4.The tubes should be removed above the earth when you change the workpalce. Don't drag the rubber tubes

to avoid damage to the  the cover Compound or the corrosion of skeleton layer .

5.The inside part of the tube should be cleaned clearly after the transportation of corrosive liquid to prevent

the corrosion to the tube of the residue.

6.The hose should be used within the designed pressure.
