ZGG series rotary-drum hydrapulper machine

Application and feature:

ZGG series rotary-drum hydrapulper machine is designed according to the similar product . It is very low in energy consumption, only 1/5 high consistency hydrapulper below. Single machine can complete pulp and roughly screening with the small damage of the fiber, and also remove the function of  plastic, fabric, wet strength, the adhesive tape and other impurities no fiber loss. This machine consumes unnecessary energy in the operation of the stirring, cutting of fiber and impurities, only the energy consumption on the rotation of the cylinder.In a word, the pulp need only 15 ~ 20 KWH power consumption per ton. All mesh of waste material not through the screen from the cylinder discharge at the other end , no longer needing to make further fiber recycling. Especially suitable for the processing of low-grade and  waste paper hard to deal with, such as household mixed office waste paper and waste paper excluding machine slurry, liquid packaging cardboard recycling.Waste paper can put into the pulping system without picking.
