1. When can I get the price?

We usually quote you within 24 hours after getting your inquiry. 

If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email,so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2. How can I get a similar sample to check the quality?

After confirming the price,but you worried the goods quality.

If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality, we will provide free sample to you,as long as you afford the express fee.

3. Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional and experienced team on design and manufacture.

Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes. 

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

4.How long can I expect to get the sample before mass production?

After you pay the sample charge and confirm the design with us, the samples will be finished within 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you within 3-5workdays by express. 

You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

5. What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.

General speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
