Mattress Adhesive 806M

 

 

Application: 806M is designed for mattress, nonwoven composite,paper packaging,ect.

 

Feature:       Melting speed, good fluidity, strong cohesion, excellent weather resistance and good anti  

 

                     aging properties.

 

Physical Properties:

 

Appearance: Yellowish, translucent

 

Viscosity: 

 

Softening point:  102±5°C

Usage guidance:

            1) Suggested operation temperature: 140°C-160°C.

            2) Suggested tooling method: hot-melt blade or brusher coating systems.

            3) Suggested cleaning method: Clean the equipment with mineral oil at 120°C. Then flush it with the same tyep adhesive below 170 °C.
