Application
811B is designed for destructive express bag.
Feature
Good initial tack, strong peeling strength, good bonding effect, excellent temperature resistance, can be used for express bag material such as PP, PE.
Appearance
Yellowish, transparent
Viscosity
1800±200cps @180°C
2200±300cps @170°C
2900±300cps @160°C
Softening point
74±4°C
Usage guidance
1. Suggested operation temperature: 160°C-170°C.
2. Suggested tooling method: hot-melt blade coating systems.
3. Suggested cleaning method: Clean the equipment with mineral oil at 120°C. Then flush it with the same type adhesive below 170°C.
