          Changzhou Kaisen Optics and electronic Co.Ltd. is a professional low ffrequency induction lamp enterprise which integrates scientific research and develops manufacturing, marketing and service. In 2011, the sales revenue had come to 50 million and the output had come to 150 thousand sets. Besides, KAISEN has put 6 million RMB into processing for researching and developing. So KAISEN han been listed into the key enterprise which the government of zhonlou district will support.

     We produce nine main lamp series, including down /grille Light/street light/highbay light/ tunnel light/flood light/gas station light/ceiling light/ explosion-proof light/garden light.

 1, Warranty Period:

A), Split induction lamp series

         5 Years in warranty ( for both electrical ballast and light source)

B),Integrated induction lamp series

        3 Years

2., Maintenance Service:

A )  ,If in warranty period, the product have problems in use and maintenance. Please sent to us. We need to confirm again by QC Department. Once finishing, we will return it to you in 7 days after we receive the product.

B) ,If the problems can't be smoothly solved, our company will promptly change a new one to you.

C)  .For any product whose warranty is beyond 5 years, our company can offer free services and only charge expenses in transportation, materials and labour-hour.
