The magnetic tubes within liquid magnet traps for Liquid line catch the ferrous impurities contamination in a product and it flows through the processing line thereby protecting product purity and preventing abrasive wear, prevents pumps from jamming, reduced damage and maintenance to mixers, refiners, filters, pumps etc. end assures a product free of iron contamination.

 

----How to clean the ferrous impurities:

Liquid line trap magnet can directly connect with the liquid material pipeline.When ferrous impurity need to clean, open the outlet impurity ,draw the magnetic tubes and get rid of it. Then replace the magnetic tubes and close the outlet impurity.
