FAQ

 

 

1, We would like to use the camera to detect objects between 20 cm and 1 m. Could the camera be able to focus this distance?

    To 20CM-1M,that is Easy to for our Camera,Our Camera use Board lens 3.6mm/F2.0 and 2.8-12mm Manual Zoom (2M Pixels),that distance object is easy to get.

 

2, We would like to get the image with FOV (Field of View) around 70 degrees. Could the lens & sensor be capable of providing this FOV?
    To Board lens 3.6mm the effective FOV is 75.7°, And 2.8-12mm Manual Zoom (2M Pixels),the Effective FOV is 89.9°

 

3, We will use only 1 meter of RJ45 cable to transfer the data. What is the minimum delay that the camera could provide?
    To the RJ45 Cable,Our Normal IP Camera is not added that port,but the IP High speed dome Camera have this Function,You can check my list first,to see which products suits your demands.


4, Does the camera support UDP network protocol? Is there any faster protocol that you could provide? (Data loss is acceptable)
    Our IP Camera Support UDP Protocol,And to the other Protocol,Below protocols all are supported:TCP/UDP/IP/HTTP/RTSP/FTP/PPPOE/DHCP/DDNS/NTP/UPnP


5, Does the camera support direct streaming rates of 640x480 or similar standard quality videos?
    640*480 is Supported,And also we have 320*180,1920*1080,1280*720,1280*960

 

6, Can the camera be set to FPS below 25?
    That is possible,you can choose the fps 1-25 fps.


7, Does the camera have Auto White Balance (AWB) option? Can we turn it off, since it makes us harder to process the image ?
    Yes,our Camera have the AWB option,but we not supported to turn it off,as this the default setting.


8, What is the output video format?
    To the output video,the format is H.264.


9, Does the module delivered include the mount?
    yes,the module is included with the mount.


10, Can you provide customer's logo on the product? What is the price of it, besides the price of the camera module?
    That is possible to print your custmer's logo in the products,we need to added 20usd for openning the logo module(Only charge one time),each camera module added 0.5USD.


11, Can IR LED be switched to white LEDs or simply be not installed in the camera? Will the price change in this situation and how much?
    The IR LED revised with the White LED,that need to choose the camera housing,and if not install in the Camera,that all depends on the housing,Pls let me know the Camera housing that you are interested.
