1. This product could use it in different process technology for different fibers, such as dipping and padding. After processing, it has no effects on the light, color and color fastness of product, can efficiently reduce the shade refurbished.

2. It is an ultrafine particle mixture type, strong stability and penetration, it does not breaking or floating during the finishing process. Can use it with brighteners, especially for the process the bleaching products.
3. The finishing fabric has good film property inside, fell very soft, fluffy and fullness.

Padding Process:

Dyeing semi-finished product - Padding in work liquid( one soak one roll or two soak two roll, 70%) - Drying - Curing( 130°C-140°C/2 Mins or 150°C-160°C/30-40s)

Dosage: 10-30 g/L

Dipping Process

• Bath Ratio: 1:8-10
• Temperature: 35-45°C
• Time: 20-30 Minutes
• Dosage: 1-3% (o.w.f)
