Hot-Dip Zinc-Plating Iron Wire, the Material is super carbon steel, and the Processingis by drawing, hot-dip zinc-plating, the Standard wire gauge from BWG8# to BWG39#.

Steel rod coil -- Wire Drawing -- Annealing -- Rust Removing -- Acid Washing -- Zinc Plating -- Wire Coiling.

5.Hot-dip Galvanized Iron Wire Features:
Hot-dipgalvanizedwire we produce offers excellent flexibility and softness. The zinc coating can be 100g/m2, 200g/m2 and 300g/m2.

Single coil package for hot-dip galvanized iron wire can be different from 10 kg to 1000 kg. 
Custom orders for hot-dip galvanized wire also available.

 

6.Packing: strapped with PVC inside, cardboard boxes or wooden outside; or plastic inside and woven bag or linen outside.
