 1.     Introduction of production- line

Our Co.,Limited’s complete sets of milling flour equipment has a long history of 20years ,In recent years ,Our Co.,Limited has established technical cooperation relationship with advanced country in the world: England, Swiss, Italy, and has assimilated advanced technology of flour-milling and carried out the technology reform for 5times .Out Co.,Limited’s technology gets improved gradually. Technical design data of 200T production- line mainly comes from advanced flour-milling abroad, the expert’s directive advice.  The key technology of equipment adopts advanced technology of international equipment and at the same time is added the practice experience of Guang Hui machinery Co.,Limited.

  The equipment of flour-milling production- line is perfect. It adopts the national advanced equipment. Its main equipment of milling flour is FMFQ10X2 style Pneumatic Mill, whose features are sealed installation, lower noises and lower power consumption. The equipment of sifting flour is FSFG6X24 style Plansifter.

  The equipment of purifying flour is the advanced patent product. Its features is blowing well, adjusting simple, good result of separating, the rate of ash content is  reduced 60%-70% or as. Centrifugal impactor, Bran brush,  Bran centrifugal, Micro-adding machine, Automatic balance, packer and other equipments are  international advanced level products.

   The equipments of cleaning wheat include Vibra separator, Grain separator, Horizontal scourer, Intensive damper, stoner, and other equipments. The equipments have such feature as follows: stable running, low maintenance, high efficiency, electricity-saving, low noises. They are the famous product with top quality in China.

2.The main technical parameters:

a. Output: process 200T wheat per day .

b. Extraction flour: when the quality of the wheat conform the stipulation of China GB1351-86wheat (the volume weight is over 770g/L)

c. The quality of the flour: Conform the stipulation of China GB1355-86 wheat flour

d. The total power: 772KW,power consumption per ton wheat:  80KW.H,  the voltage: 380V,50HZ

e. The total area of the work shop is about 2508SM (38×11×4.5 six storey).

f. The production line adopts 12sets of 100 style double mills.

3. The technological process and features

a. The technological process of cleaning wheat

   The technology of cleaning wheat is the main process in procession of wheat. Strengthening the technology of cleaning wheat is indispensable for producing top-level product.

ü  The cleaning section adopts three sifters, two scourers, two stoners, one indented cylinder separators, three magnetic selectors, two adding waters, two tempering wheat, and add up to 15 courses of technological process, in which organic impurity and inorganic impurity can be removed completely from the unprocessed raw grains.

ü  The part of tempering wheat adopts two adding water with different level, which can make the water be infiltrated into the center of the wheat to make the bran soft and separate the endosperm from the bran easily; and make broken bran less, and improve the extraction flour, at the same time it can improve the color of the flour and lower the ash content.

In order to finish two tempering wheat , 8bins for tempering wheat should be designed and every bin can hold 68 ton wheat, Four of them for the first tempering wheat, other four for the second tempering wheat. The bin for tempering wheat adopts many exits and overcomes such problems as follow: wheat classifies automatically, the time for tempering wheat is different. And the moisture is not stable during changing bins. It realizes the advanced technology of tempering wheat that the wheat tempered first can be out first and the wheat tempered later can be processed later.

b. The technological process of milling flour

ü  This productive line changed the design of traditional technological process. Its features are that the scheme of making flour route is long, which adopts break system, scratch system, and reduction system, and make the flour evenly and completely. The new technological process includes “5B4S6M” systems and has 17 courses of technological process of grinding, which can not only ensures the quality of the flour and the color of the flour is white. The ash content is low, but also improve the extraction flour and lower the power consumption.

ü  scratch system and reduction system adopt smooth roller, which can improve the color of flour and precision, and make the broken bran less and lower the ash content, get rid of the broken bran

ü  The milling section adopts purifier, Bran centrifugal, Bran brush, Flour checking plansifter and other auxiliary equipments to improve grinding system and shifting system efficiently and improve the flour’s precision and its color, lower the ash content, and improve the extraction rate and quality of product

ü  The purifier can separate the endosperm from the flour and improve the quality of flour and its color. It can lengthen the time for storage. The separated wheat endosperm is very good natural nutriment. If it can be developed, it will increase the enterprise’s economic benefits.

5. The size of workshop

It needs a workshop of 6 floors, The length of the workshop is 38m,the span is 11m, the height is 24.5m. 8bins for tempering wheat should be designed at one end of workshop, and control room, groove room in it, the water tower should be set up at the top of workshop. In order to operate simply, the stairs should be designed at the two ends of the workshops

6. The number of the workers

In order to organize production orderly, and run well and improve economic benefits. It needs 3 shifts per day, Every shift needs 20 people including workers and managements

7. Install adjust and technique training

 The customer can install and adjust the equipments by oneself. If needs our Co.,Limited to guide install and adjust, the customer should send a invited letter to our Co.,Limited, we can send 5 technicians to help install and adjust and the time of installing, adjusting is 3 months. The workers can attend to the action of installing, adjusting. During the training, we also give the lesson to the workers.
