You can pick the items you like online, or write down the model numbers with the quantities you

need, then contact our customer service to make an order.

2.What's the mini order quantity(MOQ)?

Generally, the MOQ is 3 pieces for each model, and the total amount of an order should not be

lesser than USD300.00.

3.What's the feature of stainless steel jewelry?

Stainless steel jewelry won't cause allergic reactions to our skin, and won't fade out / turn black.

4.How long it takes to prepare the goods well?

If what you order are all in stock, then it'll only take about 2 days; if some items are out of stock

and you really like them, please contact our customer service for further inquiry.

5.Can I get a discount?

Sure, you will get a discount when the amount of your order is over USD500.00. The more you 

order, the higher discount you'll get. 

6.How long would I get the goods?

Usually we ship the parcel via DHL/FEDEX/UPS, the parcel will arrive within 3 to 5 days. If you

need other shipping method, please contact our customer service.

7.How to make the payment?

You can pay directly via ESCROW on alibaba, Paypal, Western Union or HANG SENG BANK.

8.Can you produce according to my own design ?

Surely we can, please send us a clear enough picture, then we'll send it to our factory to quote

its price-- if you agree with the MOQ and price, we'll charge 30% deposit and then arrange the

production.

9.What should I do if the goods arrive damaged or incomplete? 

Before shipping, our QC will check the merchansise carefully. However, sometimes damage or

loss happen during translation and customs inspection. But there's no need to worry, just need

to take photo and send it to us, then we'll process it asap.

10.How long can the plating last?

The plating is 18k/22k/24k real gold vacuum plating, it can last two years at least without fading.

11.How to clean the jewelry?

You should use soft cloth and warm soapy water(or alcohol) to clean the stainless steel jewelry.

Don't use strong detergent or chemicals, and never use toothpaste to clean your jewelry.
