The electrodeposited bellows we produced developed with the top technology in state defense and the application of some high technology which lead to the miniaturization of the instrument, and this brings high requirement for the miniaturization and precision of the electrodeposited bellows.
We began the research and development of the processing technique of the electrodeposited bellows in 1970s, and finished the processing technique and the research on the testing method on the conventional and high temperature resistant electrodeposited bellows in succession. And combined with the marketing requirement, we have finished the production of many special purpose bellows, and have formed the stable processing technique, complete test conditions and batch production capacity, and which enable us become the sole producer which concentrates the production of electrodeposited bellows and bellows assembly, and the performance test.
The electrodeposited bellows we produced have been widely used on state defense, military industry and civil instrumentation.
Characteristic :
Comparing with other kind of bellows, for its special processing technique, the electrodeposited bellows possesses some characteristics as follows.
1.Means of electrodeposition is suit to producing mini-bellows and non-conventional type of bellows, and the convolution form could be U type and V type, and special-purpose bellows could be designed and produced in accordance to necessity. The minimum dimension of the bellows that we produced could be 0.75 mm with the inside diameter and 1 mm long, and this could not be realized by other means.
2.The bellows are with low spring rate and good elasticity. The minimum spring rate could be 4 g/mm.
3.High sensitivity and large movement are another characteristic of the electrodeposited bellows and the movement could be over 50 percent of its free length.
4.The bellows are exhibiting some small leak rate and the air-tightness rate could be 1 × 10-12Pa· M3/S
5.The material producing electrodeposited bellows are nickel or cobalt nickel, which suits for seawater, sherwood oil and other special mediums. For its good electrical conductivity and thermal adaptability, the bellows suits for low temperature environment.
