TECHNICAL FEATURE:

1,The speed hump must be molding in one,there are many stripe on the      surface to increase the adhesion.Each unit of the speed hump must have the back flection material wich should be distinguished at night and  face toward the vehicle driving direction.There is no pore on the surface,the color should be congruously.

   The width of it can within(300 mm±5 mm)~ (400 mm±5 mm),the height of it can within (25 mm±2 mm)-(70 mm±2 mm),the proportion of the height and the width which rubber speed hump was used in road and urban road isn’t more than 0.7.

2,The rubber speed hump can’t be broken and cracking after the 20t two-shaft vehicle pass it with 40km/h.

3,The elongation of the surface material can larger than 200%,the  elongation of the surface material can larger than 250% when it used in the road and urban road. 

4,The tensile strength of the surface material can larger than                                      6.0 MPa,the tensile strength of the surface material can larger than       8.5 MPa when it used in the road and urban road. 

5,The hardness of the surface material must be within 65A-85A.
