The physical properties of the rubber material test
Main test items include:
(1) determination of tensile strength
According to different samples, the WDL - 2500N tensile testing machine,
XK - 160 open rubber mixing machine, QLB - 25T flat vulcanizing machine
auxiliary complete the determination of tensile strength.
The test method should correspond the GB/T528 "vulcanized rubber
and thermoplastic rubber tensile performance test".
(2) determination of the intensity
LX - A rubber hardness tester is an instrument for determination of
vulcanized rubber hardness. Requirements for rubber style:
thickness of not less than 6 mm,Width is not less than 15 mm,
the length is not less than 35 mm.
Test methods should be in accordance with
GB/T531 "vulcanized rubber shore A hardness test method".
(3) the air oven aging test of rubber
Mainly use 402A heat aging test chamber,working temperature is 50°C—500°C,
the aging test is optional for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h,96 h, 144 h, or longer time.
(4) the compression permanent deformation measurement
Test time from compress device into the timing starts at
high temperature box or low temperature box temperature,
the sample uniform compress to the fixed height.
It should be loose the fastener after the test,it can lay 30 minutes in the
standard environment, with a thickness gauge measuring sample recovery level.
Compression permanent deformation calculation:

(5) the determination of resistance to liquid
