4. The working load limit refers to the maximum weight when clamp are allowed to use in pairs and the angle of suspending point is 60 degree
5. Four clamps must work together in operation and balance beam also must be used
6. The proof load is 2 times the weight of the working load limit, the breaking load is 4 times the weight of the working load limit

Product Details

Safety Notice:

1.The lifting clamps are suitable for lifting and transporting of steel plates with a maximum hardness of 37HrC (345HB, 1166N/mm²)
2.The lifting clamps are suitable for usage in normal atmospheric conditions, between-40℃ to 100 ℃.
3.Never overload a clamp and prevent the jerking of loads.
4.When loading always use the whole jaw depth.
5.Never lift more than one plate at the same time.
6.Always keep your distance during lifting and descending of a load.
7.Any welding to the clamp is forbidden, this can influence the hardness and toughness of the clamp.
