This testing machine is applicable for tensile, compression, bending tests of metal materials and non-metal materials, such as steel, alloy, copper, aluminum, rubber, plastic, electrical wire and cable, etc. The machine is calibrated as ASTM E4, ISO75001 international standard. It is designed according to ISO, ASTM, DIN, GB, etc standards. It is an essential testing machine for quality testing section, university and colleges, research institution and industrial and mining enterprise.

3. Functions and Features:

 

 

Load cell and extensometer to measure force, displacement and extension.

 

The testing curves: Load-Time, Extension-Time, Load-Extension, Load-Displacement, Stress-Strain, etc. The user can switch to each one of them for observe and compare.

 

Automatic calculate tensile strength; yield strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus, the proportion of non-extension strength RP0.2, etc.

 

 

Testing report can be printed out in Microsoft-Word, or Microsoft-Excel form.

 

Hydraulic grips system, which is enabling to well clamp the sample.

 

Control remote box to adjust the machine crosshead before test conveniently.

 

Software over-load protection: if the load is ≥ 2%-10% of rated value, the machine will stop automatically.

 

Mechanical protection: Load frame have an ISO emergency stop button that will immediately cut off the machine’s operation in case of emergency.
