Description of Henan Better concrete mixer truck

The concrete mixer truck geometric volume of 6-16 cubic agitation, Anhui Hefei hydraulic pump, motor and reducer are Hebei Shijiazhuang production, the radiator is made 18 liters, the radiator with a filter, oil pressure gauge, electronic automatic induction heat sink, when the oil temperature reaches 95 degrees Celsius, auto radiator cooling. Tank head for the 6mm thick, mechanical stamping time molding; mixing blades inside the tank is 4mm; mixing tube use 5 mm thick low alloy wear-resistant tanks, plow-shaped structure, the double helix curved blades in different cone segment using different blades, improve the quality of concrete;cylinder installation small angle, reducing the vehicle center of gravity height, driving stability, and a smaller tilt angle is more conducive to the discharge concrete, reducing the residual rate. With the tank mounted on the gear unit, the inlet water with pneumatic function and automatic cleaning function, the tank have 10 meters long pipe with a spray gun; water systems for pneumatic; feeding and discharging devices: from the hopper, discharge chute can be 180 degree rotation in the horizontal direction, to adapt to different unloading position. Operating device: shaft manipulator and-link manipulator-link manipulator can be manipulated to achieve multi-layers of polyurethane ,spray surface coating uniformity, adhesion strong, shiny and more durable.

Concrete transport considerations
