How to use the new JZC series concrete mixers:

1.The new machine before using,the lubrication of gear parts should add oil and butter.

2.In the process of using,if found the feeding hopper is unable to raise smoothly,you should cheack whether the clutch lever top wire and the slip is in combination with lax or not.If so, you should make corresponding adjustment aimed at the clutch lever top wire to make sure the efficient work.

3.If the feeding hopper feeds slowly,please check whether the speed of the feeding hopper is enough or not,if not enough,you shaould make reasonal adjustments about the bar hopper limit.

4.If the hopper falling out of control,the spring rod of the external brake should be adjusted carefully.

5.When the mixing drum derails,please check if the body horizontal position should be adjusted and whether the four corners foundation is in level or not.

6.Once unusuaal sound rings,please immediately check the reduction gear box and position of the bearing frame.
