This is an environmentally friendly laminating machine produced by our company based on depth research and combination of both domestic and international state of the art technology. 

This model’s paper cutter is specially made for PET/PVC film designed chain blade type cutter system. 

It is also specially used for BOPP film disc type and snap wheel cutter system. It is suitable for different film   types; 

it enjoys priority choice by customers for the lamination of post cards, posters, books, gift box packaging, and  handbag etc.

Characteristics

1, Uses electronic integrated controlled hot water circulation system, high quality laminating steel roll fitted with German type internal helical structure. Quick heating and stable temperature control greatly increasing the    melting speed of glue on the pre-coated film, and ensures that film and paper fits firmly with bright surface.

2, Chain knife cutter machine structure is specially made for PET/PVC film slitting; also disc type cutter is      specially made for BOPP film slitting. Suitable for different film types.

3, The machine adopts high speed feeder or pre code assisted paper feeding device. It is able to achieve paper    change without down time. It is suitable for all paper types and effectively increases production efficiency. 

4, Servo control system with high precision front guide, gauge, making papers align automatically, increase      lamination precision, and ensure accurate paper lap joint of below ±2.0mm.

5, Anti-curvature device: after lamination, the laminated paper goes through the anti-curvature device for        straightening, after slitting, the papers are no more in rolls. 

6, The automatic collection unit has automatic paper collection stand that can move up and down, pneumatically  pick or push the paper and choose the number of papers picked. It is suitable for all types of films and papers.  Can automatically discharge untrimmed papers and also comes with an auto counter.
