1. Q: What’s the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A: One piece.
2. Q: What’s the best FOB price?
A: Our price is made as per your drawing specification as well as the purchasing quantity.
3. Q: What’s the lead time?
A: Normally, it takes around 60 days.
4. Q: Why the lead time is so long?
A: One gear part is made in around 20 machining processes. If every process takes 1 to 2 days, then it’s already at least 40 days. Not to say the forging and heat treatment time which take around 7 days min.
5. Q: What’s the payment term?
A: FOB Shanghai, paid by T/T. We will ask for down payment before production, and the balance paid off before shipment. Of course, we may also negotiate it.
6. Q: What kind of packing can you provide?
A: Tailor-made packaging method according to customer's requirement, otherwise, we will make the sea-worthy packing.
7. Q: Which countries have you exported?
A: Germany, Denmark, Spain, Holland, Italy, Japan, India, Indonesia, etc.

8. Q: Can you make as per custom drawing?
A: Yes, we can do that.
9. Q: If I don’t have drawing, what can you do for me?
A: If you don’t have drawing, but have the sample part, you may send us. We will check if we can make it or not.
10. Q: How do you make sure the quality of your products?
A: We will do a series of inspections, such as:
a. raw material inspection (includes chemical and physical mechanical characters inspection),
b. machining process dimensional inspection (includes: 1st pc inspection, self inspection, final inspection),
c. heat treatment result inspection,
d. gear tooth inspection (to know the achieved gear quality level),
e. magnetic particle inspection (to know if there’s any cracks in the gear).
