Our product line would separate the oleic acid & palmic acid from the mixed fatty acids and give them a wider usage range.

During daily life, there are a lot of the oil base and oil feet left from various industries. Use these oil base to produce mixed fatty acid for soap and painting industry is a good choice. But there is always high percentage of the fatty acid that cannot be used properly. Now people are developing new technique and equipment to separate the fatty acid. Our product line would separate the oleic acid & palmic acid from the mixed fatty acids. It enables a wider usage of the fatty acids.

Based on the clients’ requirement, now we have mainly two different kinds of the fatty acid separation technique

First design is to use the vegetable acidic oil as material to produce crude mixed fatty acids, and then through the de-gas, distillation and fabrication process to get out the oleic and palmic acids. Operation is simple and end product quality is stable, just the investment is big.
