1. What payment do you accept?

You can pay with following payment methods via Alipay(Escrow): VISA, MasterCard online credit cards, T/T(Bank Transfer), Western Union, QIWI, Maestro, WebMoney, BOLETO, TEF, Checking Account payment way.

2. How does Alipay(Escrow) secure my online transactions?

Alipay(Escrow) will only release payment to us upon your confirmation.

For sea freight,  this would be conditional on the receipt of shipping and other documents agreed upon in the contract.

For express orders, this happens after you have received and confirmed the products. Alipay(Escrow) also allows you to pay securely with your credit card without exposing your details. When paying online, your details are protected by VeriSign SSL encryption (the highest level of protection commercially available).

3. When can I expect to receive my order?

Your order will be processed within 2 working days after the payment clear, then you will receive a tracking number to track where is the packag. Or you can track your order online under My account.

4. How long does shipping take?

If you select EMS deliver, normally, it will take between 7-14 working days(i.e. excluding week-ends and public holuidays) to get to you.

If you select Express delivery(DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx), usually, it will take 3-7 working days to get to you. Bear in mind that delays at customs, though unlikely, are possible, which could delay the delivery of your order.

7. Why hasn't my package arrived yet?

Delivery time of purchased items depend on your chosen shipping method. A tracking number will be assigned once your order is ready to ship. Check My Account to See all your order status and tracking details, including expected delivery date.

8. Can i ship the goods by our shipping agent?

Yeah, we are very glad to know that you have shipping agent, in this way, we just charge the cost of goods and shipping fee from our cargo to your shipping agent.

9. Can i get some samples?

It is no problem, samples can be offered to you, but sample cost and shipping fee should prepaid from you.

10. If my quantity is very large, is there any discount?

Yes, please tell us the model number and the quantity want via E-mail, SMS, or by call, then we will send more details for your refernece.

But if it is the first time to get the model you like, please kindly consider our MOQ, because we had calculated, it is the best price of the goods and freight.
