 Application of glass bottle washing machine

The bottle washing section is mainly composed of turn- up guide-bar ,opening clippers cam, water distributing plate ,clippers and others .

The section is installed on the work table .Its function is washing bottles inside .When PET bottle is send to the clippers of the bottle washing machine with bottle entering spider, the clippers grips the bottle mouth and rotate with the bottle washing machine .At the same time ,the bottle turns up automatically .The bottle mouth turns from upper to lower, the spray jet of the clippers sprays sterilized water to the inside wall of the bottle .After it sprays for a time ,spraying stops and the bottle mouth turns from the down to the upper and is carried to the transferring spider
