3051 Differential Pressure transmitter

 

Description

The process pressure transmits to the diaphragm via the isolated diaphragm of the two sides or one side of the capacitive transducer and the filled fluid. The diaphragm is an elastic element with pre tension, it makes up a capacitor with the pole of the insulator of each side, the quantity of the electricity from each side is the same, when there is no pressure or the pressure of each side is equal, and the diaphragm is in the centre position. The diaphragm will shift when the pressure of each side is different, the shift is proportional to the pressure difference, and the quantity of the electricity is not equal, to check the differential capacitance of the capacitor plate, and convert it to 2-wire 4-20mA DC signal output via electrical circuit.

Note: The absolute value of upper and lower limit value cannot exceed that of the maximum rang of the pressure transmitter after shifting.
