Cap (clothes) Series Embroidery Machines

 

Used for: LJ Cap (clothes) Series Embroidery Machine is suitable for embroidering caps, T-shirts and garment pieces.

 

Main Feature:

It has additional functions as followings on the basis of flat embroidery machines:

1. Integral main driving system enjoys compacted structure, steady driving, and high reliability;
2. With structures of cap embroidering, garment embroidering and flat embroidering;
3. To be easily change the flat, cap and garment embroidering;
4. Cording, sequin and eyeleting, to make mixed embroidery;

 

 

Main Spare Parts:

1. Daohao computerized system with BECS-328; and BECS-C88/C98/216/266/316/366 can be equipped as per customers’ requests;
2. Main shaft: servo motors (Panasonic or Daohao), or induction motor as per customers’ requests.
3. Frame motor: all servo motors or stepping motors available;
4. Original Japanese rotary hook and bobbin case; original Italian Mega belts;
5. New type linear drive rail;
6. Auto trimmer(optional)
7. Devices of flat, sequins and eyeleting available, to make combined embroidery of flat, sequin, cording and X ;
