1.Processing of hot dip galvanized wire:

Hot dipped galvanized wire from choiced low carbon steel wire, through the strict process of Wire Drawing---Annealing---Acid Washing---Water Clearing---Drying---Galvanizing--Coiling, in this way, excellent flexibility and tensile strength could be guaranteed. 

2.Technical and Mechanical Characters:

Material: Q195/235 low carbon iron wire

Wire Diameter: 0.7mm-4.9mm

Zinc Coating: Commercial grade: 30-60grams/sq.m

Heavy coating: >=100grams<=300grams/sq.m

Tensile Strength: 350-550Mpa
