1. Application:
Magnetic filter barmainly uses in cleaning powdered, grainy magnetic substance in liquid or paste. Widely use in ceramics,electricity, minging, plastic, chemical,rubber, pharmacy,food, environmental protection, pigment, dyestuff,Electronic and metallurgy etc.

2. Operating Principle:
Magnetic bar is made by special production method and superior materials stainless steel pipes and High class B level rare earth NdFeb,the magnetic bar can combinate in a fixing bracket making like a Magnetic filter. When magnetic matters go through, they will be adsorbed firmly in the bar body by the magnetic attract so to keep products and equipments in well condition and safe.

3. Characteristic:
Non- energy consumption, non-pollution, it can easily fix in any place to have space saving in production lines touching with materials. Rare earth NdFeb is its magnetic source, powerful, simple and durable. We can also do according to customer’s requirement and real production condition to make any change freely.

5. Note:
(FB 12000GS 25×200 N M8×20-1)
12000GS means the magnetic force reqeust. 12000GS means magnetic bar surface magnetic force 12000GS. See below the relationship between surface magnetic and outer diameter.
25x200 25 means the magnetic outer dia.25mm;200means the total length 200mm. See below the relationship between the outer diameter and surface magnetic force.
N means Temperature resistance. There are 6 types, 

M8×20-1:M hole has three types.

Screw thread hole: M6, M8, M10 etc.

6. Specification and delivery terms:
Length and specification can be modified freely according to customer’s request.
For Φ6~Φ32mm bar with Temperature resistance N andΦ25 bar with Temperature M, of all kinds of length with quantity less than 200pcs will finish within 3 working days.Within 500pcs will be in one week, for other unusual products will be within 3weeks.
