PP string wound filter cartridge making machine/pp yarn winding filter cartridge making machine/pp string wound filter machine is professionally produce all kinds of pp string wound filter cartridge with different micros and patterns.
PP String wound cartridges offer true depth filtration with high dirt holding capacity and extremely low media migration. It is manufactured using a high speed, continuous wind process which creates a superior one-piece filter with hundreds of diamond shaped tunnels that get progressively smaller from the outer diameter to the core. Finer particles are progressively trapped as fluid travels to the center of the filter allowing for much greater retention capacity than that which is associated with straight surface filter media of the same dimensions and porosity

PP yarn winding filter cartridge is mainly used in the field of water purification, Beverage, foodstuff, Chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics, environmental protection etc. It's a dedicated machine the winding of different yarns.

•No need to change the gears and belts manually to change the micro and pattern. Only use 4 gears and 3 belts in total and can apply to all the pattern you need.
•In a word, high speed and output, low noise, good yarn forming ability.
When the filter cartridge is full the machine will stop automatically. This machine has many advantages as such as easy operation, with yarn change device and low energy consumption.
