Introduction：

Auto duct line VI is our latest auto duct line. With U type structure, it cover less space and reduce time of plate passing which achieves the productivity of each duct into twenty to twenty-three seconds. This full-auto line can complete the following processing once time ： leveling, grooving, hydraulic notching and punching , size-fixed cutting, Pittsburgh lock forming, TDF flange forming, angle-iron flange forming and auto folding. It can produce three types of ducts: “L” shape, “U” or SQUARE shape. This line features high automation, high efficiency, low labor cost and less materials usage.

Basic equipments：

1.Two sets of electric feeding frames(can put total four coilers)
2.One set of leveling and grooving device
3.One set of holes-punching device for supporting ducts mounting( Customer optional configuration)

5.One set of electric feeding table( the front part)
6.Pittsburgh lock former

Working Principle:

Coiler—leveling and grooving—holes punching for supporting bracket—angle punching and notching—Pittsburgh lock former—duplex angle-iron flange former-- duplex TDF flange former--folding

Features:

1. This auto line VI covers small area with linear processing.
2. High production efficiency.
3. Can make a small section of square shape ventilation duct.
4. The minimum section machining can be as small as 200x200mm.

Main Features

1. Sizing material can be directly with the computer with the use of plasma cutting ingenuity.
2. a. C or S plug-in bone shear angle can be used with the C bone and S bone reel machines.
3. b. Various TDF flange connection method to locate the shear angle, and TDF flange machine, folding machine with the used of TDF.
