Attention

(1). Ambient air temperature no higher than 80℃.

(2). No violent vibration and impact;

(3). No aggressive agent to corrode the metal in the ambient media;

(4). It is forbidden for the permanent magnetic lifter to run idle.

(5). Permanent magnet hoisting machine should be used within the rated loading capacity range. It is strictly forbidden for overloading.

(6). It is forbidden to stand under the machine when it working.

(7). It is forbidden to move the steel plate until it is lifted into the air.

(8). Don’t pull the handle if there is no steel plate under the permanent magnetic lifter.

(9). Check the connections of the steel string, shaft, pawl and clasp are reliable and locking well , if damaged, it should be repaired before use.

(10). It should constantly keep clean and smooth of the bottom of permanent magnetic lifter.

During the operations and transportation, the permanent magnetic lifter should be prevented from breaking and damaging in order not to influence the use performance.

(11). There should be standardization every two years from the use date of the permanent magnetic lifter for safe of guarantee security.

(12). The operation of the permanent magnetic lifter should be carried out the operational stipulations of the State Hoisting Apparatus.
