Main Features

1. Whole machine is welded with seamless steel structure and is processed by high temperature tempering treatment and vibrating stress relief (VSR) to relief residual stress. The stability is excellent, not easy to be deformed.

2. Y axis adopts rack and pinion transmission, high precision and fast working.

3. Z axis adopts imported ballscrew, high precision.

4. Three axes adopt YAKO drivers.

5. Adopt imported linear square orbit, high precision, heavy loading and long lifetime.

6. The machine has water tank and automatic water cooling system.

7. Overall dust-proof and water-proof design protects all moving parts.

lathe body

Heavy model with thick seamless steel lath body structure. By strict vibration aging technology to remove the internal stress, dust-free sandblasting paint process, long-term use without deformation.

Spindle

All axes use original Taiwan Hiwin Big size guide Rail. X and Y adopts big size rack with Helical gear transmission mode, the moment of force will be transfered.
