The Main Uses and Characteristics:

This series of electromagnetic chuck is used for milling machine and planing machine.

The features of this series : powerful suction, safe and reliable to use, convenient to fix workpiece that not suitable for mechanical clamping.

The type of X91 products can prevent milling and planer knives magnetization, to improve the processing accuracy.

The suction force is≥150N/cm²

Production Process:

Attention:

1. The Electromagnetic chuck should be supplied with rated voltage of 110 volts DC power. The rectifier and control device is already equiped in the host electrical equipment if used on grinding machine. If use alone can select sets of rectifying device directly.

2. For the safe operation, before installing and using must be measure insulation resistance between coil and grounding wire,it should not less than 500 MΩ measured by 500V megger.

3. There must be a cooling liquid under the condition of grinding,to avoid the workpieces so overheated that influence the precision of the working surface,or lead to burn out the coil.

4. The contact surface between the workpiece and the panel should not less than one pole pitch, in order to make full use of the chuck’s magnetic force.

5. After the chuck fixed on the machine,should self grinding one time to ensure the accuracy. If the working surface change rough or magnetic force decreased, can self grinding the working surface to ensure that the magneitc force will not decline.
