Q1 : What’s the MOQ of your products? Can l have a sample order?
A : MOQ 500pcs, and first time 1-10 samples for quality test are welcomed.

Q2 : Does the price including duty?
A : Usually, the price we quote is EXW + Shipping cost which means that it didn’t include any import duties, taxes. If you want to know FOB or CIF price, please contact our experienced salesman directly.

Q3 : Can you put my brand name(logo) on products?
A : 1) :Yes, of course. OEM service is the most important part of our trade purpose.
2) : If you have ready design for your logo, please send it to us and confirm the position of the logo;
3) : If you don’t have the logo design yet, we could design for you, it’s a free service if you order from us.

Q4 : What is your product quality? Is there any test before delivery?
A : Our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our quality according to AQL standard., all products tested one by one before shipment.

Q5 : Can you accept OEM service?
A : Yes, we can. The cost will be different from your quantity. More qty, less cost.

Q6 : Can you accept ODM order?
A : Yes, we can. We have our own mold factory; we could develop the mold for you as you required.

Q7 : How is your after sales-service?
A : Warranty: 13 months.
Return policy: If there is defective in warranty, please collect them together, and send back to us, we will offer free replacement to you and each bear half of the freight.
