Rapidly reduces the temperature of 40kg hot foods from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes, from +70°C ~ -18°C in 240 minutes, the advanced air flow design ensuring even product chilling/freezing that eliminates product dehydration and ensures food is maintained in the best possible condition.
