Features
1. Adopt gantry moving construction, the gantry is welded with steel; Ladder linear guide assembly design improves the rigidity of gantry and high load bearing capacity; tempering processing prevent the gantry from deformation which is caused by welding and dead-weight;whole construction has been greatly improved, ensures that the machine's accuracy and long term stability.
2. Working table is made of cast iron, via resin sand molding and tempering processing, so it has excellent shock resistance and thermal stability.This design is the popular trends of CNC machine centers nowadays, which has features like good rigidity, precision performance,saving space, high load bearing capicity and automation.
3. Dust-proof design on X an Y, ensure that the linear guide and rack is clean.
4. Four Pieces HIWIN guide rail is mounted on Z-axis. Design of high rigidity of box type construction and tempering stress relieving, ensure the z axis good rigidity and stability during working with high speed on curved surface.The Z-axis has dual pneumatic counter-balance cylinder to allow high accuracy and stability. Z-axis stroke is range from 800 to 1500mm which is suitable for large mold and light metals working.
5. Four Pieces HIWIN linear guide rails and pressing block is mounted on the Y axis, which ensures running accuracy of linear guideway. Equal force during machine working, maintain a good mechanical precision and stability in fast-runing.
6. Z-axis adopts imported Taiwan high-precision ball screw, ensure the accuracy when machining.
7. Air conditioner on electronic cabinet regulates the temperature inside, maintain the stability of electronic compenents and extend their life-time.
8. Customers can select machine size according to your mould size. More machines like 2540, 2560, 3060, three, four or five axes are also available. Further more, you can customize your own size from us
