Brief introduction:

EL-F4 electric fishtails making machine is the newest type machine in the result of our R&D trial and experienced test.

It is based on the improvement in the part of rolling material of EL-F3 type changed eccentric roller in to eccentric shaft,

to increase three working life than the others, the flat roller added in outer side can make the square bar and round bar

be sharp points and pressed-flat. The machine operating work is more convenience, also easy to change the roller freely.

There are two rollers(including thin-line and flat-line)with the machine on free cost

(the other rollers can be made and chosen according to the customers)

Machine features:

1. There is no need to beat the materials flat to process, thus the material end having been heated can be directly finished with 
its fishtail decoration by this machine. The machine material end becomes wider and thinner with the thickness not more than 2mm. 
2. Made with cycloidal pinwheel reduction box, the machine has large torque. Special way is adopted for the torque

transmission between the gear box and working case, ensuring smooth and reliable mechanical operation. 
3. The imported material clamp apparatus has the following advantages: being adjustable, flat and straight guide, 
    and the finished fishtail veining being straight. 
4. On the back holding up plate of the machine, there is a rolling size localization device. 
     We can accord to the product requirements to select the rolling length localization size and achieve the optimum results. 
5. When we process 10mm or more material, we can use the coarse rolling mechanism of the machine

    then get the beautiful moulding fishtail patterns.
