4. d. 12 months warranty period (not include wearing parts) and the technical support for lifetime. The damaged parts within warranty enjoy the free replace service if the users can send back the damage ones, the post fee are afforded by user and us. 
5. e. After 12 months warranty, replacing bad parts will be charged on basis of cost but no profit.
